RECOVERING SPIRITUAL PATHWAYS AND REPURPOSING MINDFULNESS TOWARD AUTHENTIC CARE OF SELF AND COMMUNITY

- bring justice and care to the world around you,
- develop peace with your inner self?
Mindful Spirituality asks how mindfulness can shift from mere self-help toward deep spiritual practice, interrupting injustice and socially determined ideas of who you should be – so you can fully care for yourself and your community.
